Communication is nonexistent.
Support staff do not matter. Admin will tell you to your face that you matter but there's zero proof of that.
The only goal of the firm is to grow, grow, grow. They're obsessed with becoming "big law" and AmLaw status but refuse to invest and improve the infrastructure for day to day operations to make the firm function.
HR is abysmal. Policies are gray. There is no consistency or accountability.
Good employees get more work and bad employees are allowed to continue doing whatever they want.
Tech is horrific. Programs and applications across the firm are inconsistent. Machines constantly break. Good luck getting help from the service desk.
It's a good old boys club run by mediocre white men.
