-Management barely listens, barely answers an email, a call or ever contact you -You won't be learning anything new there and no room for growth -Management style is the least to be childish, only listens to themselves -High level of instability and management has huge trust issues -Make sure that whenever you want to leave, you won't be paid fairly just because you want to leave them

Family owned and run business disguised as a corporation, micromanagement, unappreciative, fear-based leadership, veiled threats, passive aggressive management, toxic office environment, depressing office space, the list goes on. I'm still traumatized by my time working there.
