• contracts are temporary ( they will not tell you this, but the turnover is very high) you have to sign your contract but you don't get a copy signed by the company . • Extra working hours ( very long & Unpaid) Sometimes we work on weekends • UAE labor law does not apply even it's located in Dubai ( only 1 day off not 2.5 as it should be ) • No professionals to guide you, you have to figure everything out by yourself. • Aggressive and poor management. •Not an organized system.
