Pros
Nice office(s). Most of the people working there are wonderful.
Cons
Laughable pay. It seems they look for people fresh out of college who don't have any idea what kind of pay they should be getting for their role and take advantage of them. It's a big ol' boys club as well, and if you don't find yourself apart of it, you'll be watching everyone else get the benefit. There is very little continued training. Once you get there, good luck and figure it out yourself. On the sales side, the commission is pennies. Not to mention it's a full sales cycle, so you grind to find the new business, fight to make the sale, AND manage the account after the fact, only to see a few bucks sent your way. Not the typical ranges you would see in an account executive position. But hey, at least there's a ping pong table.
