Pros
Great co-workers, everyone is very nice and thoughtful, good work/family life balance.
Cons
Not enough training for support staff, lack of clear leadership and authority for support staff, frenzied work environment, everything is very last minute. They treat their staff fairly equally, however you can see the staff that have good work ethics and job performance, yet they are never recognized for going above and beyond.

The office respects your time off and you’re not expected to work over the weekend unless it’s absolutely necessary. The fellow associate attorneys are phenomenal!
Cons
The office could be better managed. The partners don’t help with the workload at all. There needs to be better communication from the partners as to the things they want done in the case.
