Great camaraderie, great starting salary, cool t-shirts and merchandise for each projects.
Cons
Poor systems, appaling tools, rubbish processes, lack of career development, non existent life outside work (because ppl become mechanical Turks trying to make things work). The vision is only backed by fancy marketing gimmick and no real investment goes into development.
