- If you're looking for an office culture, it's more remote than office-based. This could change if more people are hired in the Bristol area.

Pros
MeasureMinds are a team of experts in Google Analytics and SEO, as such you're working with highly talented professionals. There's a supportive atmosphere and training is encouraged. Results are measured based on actual performance. This was a remote position with flexible working hours, which also made it easy to fit around other commitments.
Cons
It's a very driven organisation and while there's the occasional online games afternoon, I found it hard to get to know the wider team beyond work, as there's little socialisation.
