I had a very positive experience working at Mecalux as an intern. Even as a student, I was given the opportunity to take part in real projects and contribute to meaningful initiatives. The environment encourages learning, and I was able to gain hands-on experience in digitalisation and process improvement. One of the things I valued most was the trust and responsibility given to interns — you feel like part of the team from the very beginning.
