It's clear the company, probably leadership, is trying to do major damage control (noted by the many 5-star reviews that were posted, following a flood of negative company reviews), and they were already doing it for the CEO from the start, including publishing articles highlighting him in a positive light to bury all of the lawsuits and negative content online (look him up, you'll see). The best people to work with leave the company for better opportunities, the ones that stay are self-serving and will undermine anyone else to move up and look better in the eyes of leadership. Leadership loves a brown-noser that will agree with anything they have to say and do whatever they tell them to do without pushing back, and they aren't interested in people bringing new ideas or ways of doing things. They think they know better than everyone, and anyone that disagrees suddenly leaves the company with no transparency or explanation from leadership.
High turnover rate, complete lies on the website about success rate (in fact, they've had at least one company they ditched because their "competitor projections were off," so their claim for 100% success is false any way you look at it. Almost every company they've funded has had a CEO change for some reason, some being canned and some leaving on their own. Either way, it's not a good sign and it comes down to leadership issues from the top down.
If that doesn't deter you from wanting to work here, find former employees on LinkedIn, talk to them about their experience, and that should give you plenty of info to decide.
