Everything about this company is super messed up. It's essentially petty-ville. Management and HR not only do nothing to help facilitate a positive team culture but they also do plenty to create a negative environment. I've seen managers and HR team members engage in and encourage drama. Sales is heavily influential and leadership and sales work together to encourage activities that are not always ethical and have a negative impact on patient care. While working here, I experienced and witnessed employees being yelled and cursed at by Sales leaders and company owners. Also, as an insider, I can say that I wouldn't trust test results that received from this lab (that's all I can say without giving away confidential information). Basically, there is nothing about MedComp Sciences that is good or trustworthy. You don't want to work here and you don't want to be a patient who is being tested by this lab.
