      Extra pay for overnight shifts, but management struggles

      You get extra money for working nights

      Cons

      Favoritism runs rampant. Genuinely not sure how this place functions. Management has no priorities set straight. Trucks are breaking down all the time and from what I hear communications is ran like a total mess.

      Some people here are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Company has the money to buy other companies but cannot provide appropriate raises or even keep trucks in service. It's a sinking ship, don't work here. Management cares more about gaslighting everyone into staying instead of actually fixing anything. Sexual assault is allowed because HR cares more about preventing a lawsuit than taking care of employees.
