      Team collaboration, smart and intuitive coworkers who are all working towards the same goal.

      Cons

      As a start up things change quickly and can be relatively undefined- I love it, but it's not for those who prefer a more strict and structured environment

      Great Company with Exciting Potential for Growth

      Pros

      - Support from management to be independent and drive creative direction - Chance to work with public figure type healthcare influencers on interesting campaigns - Largely remote and work hours are flexible/ location and timezone are flexible - CEO is big on personal development and pushes for employees to grow and strive for leadership roles - Leadership is very accessible and supportive - Good pay this role

      Cons

      - As with many startups, onboarding was some what hectic but once I figured out the flow and role, much more smooth - Mainly remote which may not be for everyone but doesn't seem to affect my ability to execute campaigns.
