Pros

- supportive and non-toxic co-workers - hands-on managers and direct feedback - roles are not too selective to certain college courses - growth; job description is not fixed and adjustments are based on the priorities of the department; can propose improvements and implement them - freebies: quarterly coupon, medicine giveaway (otc and medicines)

Cons

- fast-paced; expected to keep up as soon as possible - hybrid/wfh is unavailable as a long-term option - workload may be higher than expected - management trainee program is different compared to MT programs from other companies

Fresh-grad friendly

Pros

MedGrocer is a good environment especially if you are a fresh grad since they start you on a training plan before you start independently working on tasks. You are given opportunities to spearhead projects which helps me push myself thus contributing to my growth as an individual. Working after office hours is also discouraged, most leave their laptops at work.

Cons

Work is fast-paced and some people may not be as suited to this kinds of speed and environment. You need to be adaptable and able to absorb information quickly to thrive here.

Pros

Easy approval of PTO. Flexible Time Ins and outs

Cons

Micromanaging AF Prioritizes blame placing vs problem solving Expects you to know everything by day 1 and master your position after week 1 Too much alignment meetings takes up to 3-5 hours a week
