Pros

- Flexibility in schedule - Free snacks (when they've been re-stocked, that is)

Cons

- Undercompensation/unwillingness to give raises (you HAVE to ask for a yearly raise, otherwise you will never receive one. They don't do performance reviews) - Understaffed, so constant overwork of employees to the point of burn out - Which causes high turn-over rate - Which then increases the unmanageable workload due to the company being understaffed (vicious cycle) - Mandatory OT in order to keep up with unrealistic deadlines - Favoritism and promotion of employees based on how well they're liked/who they know instead of performance-based promotions (which is detrimental due to having people in leadership positions that don't know how to manage a team, which increases turnover, which then increases the work load, etc.) - NO work/life balance whatsoever and are expected to put work first - No regard for employee Mental Health - No support if you're feeling overwhelmed

Pros

If you had asked me about the pros back in 2022 I would have had a list full, but that is no longer the case.

Cons

Their technology is outdated which is preventing the quality the clients are looking for or honestly being promised. There is no transparency especially with the clients. They do not own up to their mistakes or with a game plan to fix it to their clients. The deliver of the news is after the issue which could take up to a year. Favoritism is the game for any promotion or being comfortable regular employee. Example you can harass or bully previous or current employees, but then get promoted to manager. Or ask employees to stay cause they are such great workers, but bullying others including management. Don't even consider being a pregnant woman there either. Minimal maternity leave and they will breach your FMLA rights. They also manipulate the data instead of it being true to origin.

Provider Relations

Pros

Free Sodas. Work from home options. Ability to work through lunch if you want

Cons

The Provider Relations team is a toxic environment. I have heard the managers talk very negatively about certain people on their teams and then turn around and smile at you as if nothing is wrong. If they are talking about one person you can be pretty sure they are talking about everyone. It feels very fake. I have heard managers make promises to clients that just cannot be fulfilled and there are some sketchy work practices going on. Training is terrible unless you are a favorite then the information is spoon fed to you. You will get written up for the lack of training you received and when you point this fact out, it wont matter. They ask a lot of you and then tell you that your work load is lighter than others PR's but when you ask for help or training it never comes or they act like you should already know how to do something. They are understaffed and cannot keep good employees because we are so burned out with the mandatory OT and unrealistic expectations. The managers really don't care about your health. They care that you get your 40 hours and hit your benchmarks. I find it a little tacky that all of management and the executive staff has gotten on google reviews (All on the same day) raving about how wonderful this company is and giving it 5 star reviews. Seriously, Look it up. The owner really values his employees but I believe is blissfully unaware of how management is so underwhelmingly inept at their job and how they are willing to throw their employees under the bus to save their own skin.
