They seem nice, relatable, and fair throughout interview process. From my personal experience, from day 1 they treat employees like children. They go as far as demanding you move your computer within your cubicle so that you are facing your managers cubicle in order to keep an eye on you at all times if you appear too confident and not easy to conform. If you attempt to bring new ideas to management they will have a jr manager advise you that “the company doesn’t like new ideas” and to “keep them to yourself”. Managers along with HR used intimidation tactics as retaliation for employees who wouldn’t take their blatant discrimination and disrespect laying down. When you leave the company they threaten to sue you if you speak negatively about them. From other employees I was also told another form of retaliation they used towards employees was decreasing their hourly wages or demotions.
