Pros
The work pace is quite chill and environment is very supportive.
Cons
Salary is low compared to the other oil and gas owner company, even the salary increase is very low. The work ethic of the OG Medco needs to be more improved and be more critical. The company vision are not targetting a rapid growth on revenue ability, rather than only gaining profit from rapid decrease on every cost, even the important one.
