      - Good training ground - Has Christmas bonus - JCI standards

      Cons

      - Very low salary - Poor management - Heavy workload - Always understaffed - Problems only get solved only when it's beneficial to the management (Unit Sup, Unit Manager and etc.,) - They have 'hugas-kamay' mindset - Kung di ka 'sipsip', they'll always make it a hard time for you. Very childish ang galawan
