"MG is a grind-house for creative work. The only thing that matters here is money. Every dollar is tracked, every minute of every employee hour timed. Clients who don't pay enough get substandard and shoddy work, even if they don't always know it. But worst of all is the constant presence of the company President, giving input, much of it bad, on every single project and task. It was hard enough to deal with in creative, where trained educated designers were run off one after another because a President who can't open Photoshop or freehand a stick figure has complete creative control. I cant even imagine how project managers deal with his constant negativity, nitpicking and interference."
That quote is from a review written in 2015. I wasn't quite sure how to word my thoughts, but this summed it up so well. Things haven't changed in the last 5-6 years - (and the problems within the company run deeper than just this statement)
