Pros

Genuinely caring management, keen to move with the times in the marketing space, kind culture, attractive office

Cons

Quite a small team so wouldn’t be for someone who enjoys a busy setting

Pros

Some of the best managers I've ever worked with and for Fast growing business means opportunities for promotion and new roles Challenging and rewarding work, but without intensity of some larger agencies Business, directors and colleagues genuinely want the best for the company and each other Good coffee

Cons

There aren't any cons to speak of really. If you like the intensity and rigid structures of a larger business, we may not be for you. The size of the business means it is flexible but the speed of growth mean that sometimes new structures or practices are implemented along the way. No bad thing and it keeps it interesting - we are learning together.

Pros

Some of the team were supportive, but from day one we were given old technology and hardly any support. The office is very modern (downstairs) and the recently refurbished.

Cons

We were told how to dress by senior management, zero support, old laptops, and management had no understanding of new media.

The Media Matters described here does not reflect the company today in Sept 2018. We have a dress down policy in the office; technology replaced, as and when required; appraisal system and open door policy; and a management team that most definitely DOES 'get' new media, it's at the core of our business.
