Pros

-Central location in the heart of Hillcrest. -The people are very close group - Coffee shop in the front(one free Coffee a day)

Cons

-Tense work environment. -Unethical business practices with advertisers and publishers -Work never ends. always on call to serve the CEO (even weekends) -No respect for people or opinion. -Outdated technology that the CEO insist on continuing to build (10years behind the industry) - Everything has a loss $ amount to an action, CEO is great at deflecting accountability and pointing fingers on how much Money we lost because on a directive he gave. -An employees are treated as second class citizens.

Pros

Can wear anything including shorts and flip flops (LOL).

Cons

CEO/Owner/President is inept (socially and in business) and an abusive liar. He treats employees like servants micromanaging their every action. Even the few skilled people who unfortunately accept a job her are then treated like interns. Then when the inevitable mistakes/problems happen he blames everyone else and threatens to fire them etc. The CEO/President/Owner will lie 100% lie about the company/job during the interview. He will tell you lies about their staff, product, job description, revenue, outlook, growth potential. I can gurantee you will have 4 different titles or roles within 6 months if you make it because of turnover and also his insane business choices. You may be hired for a role that's not actually needed just so he can get you in the door and then pressure you into doing something different once you are in. The office is a dark and depressing place. Felt like all hope died years ago, horrible to sit at your desk in the dingy and dark office all day. Technology is a joke, the company is RUN ON GOOGLE SHEETS. Good luck doing your job if you expect even a rudimentary CRM,Ticketing system, etc. They hire literally anyone because turnover is so bad due to the management "style." I saw 2 interns who seemed pretty desperate to just get something on their resume literally leave and just stop replying to emails after 3 DAYS in the office. If desperate 22 year olds are walking out...
