Thanks for your comments. I am pleased that you valued the opportunity to do a variety of work on meaningful projects. You’re right. In a small business, it is important for everyone to wear multiple hats and, yes, be an expert in many fields. We are thrilled when staff are able to embrace this as an opportunity to stretch and develop new skills while serving the needs of our clients. Our current team is, indeed, managing many different projects and doing a great job. Just this year, they won five AVA Awards and a Communitas Award. I do understand the chaotic workflow comment. We have gone through some growing pains but have spent the last year systematizing our processes so that the workflow was easier for everyone. Many of our team members contributed to building those processes. Their input was invaluable to us since they are the ones doing the work on a daily basis. I am sure future staffers will appreciate this effort as much as we do. Thanks for thinking of us again. I hope you are doing great things as you continue to build your career.
