      Cons

      Said they would do anything possible to prevent lay offs but when they did come it happened with zero explanation or warning. Poor culture. Leadership team is constantly changing. They reward seniority when they should not.

      The parties were pretty good

      Cons

      CEO and toxic work environment (gaslighting, belittling, no DEI) Massive micro management Looks like almost all the women in management was pushed out or left Low pay unless your Manager screams loud enough to convince CEO to do the right thing - which just creates more bias
