As a fresher, I wasn't aware of the company policies or culture. And was looking for an opportunity to prove myself and this opportunity presented in front of me. But due to some personal issues, I had to resign from the firm. Before joining i had given my certificates to the founder.And he demanded a hefty ransom for returning the certificates and blackmailed me saying there will be fake charges against me.I tried contacting him get my certificates but everything went in vain and had to apply for duplicates. One of the worst companies to work
