      Excellent place to learn with a low salary and without enjoying your life

      Pros

      - Continuous learning. - Technological challenges. - Occasionally remote work. - Relocation opportunities.

      Cons

      - You don't have time for your family (You also won't have time on weekends or evenings after work) - Guards on 7x24 - you'll always be on duty (There is no recognition $ ) - Workloads out of hours and no recognition of money for your extra effort. - There is no professional growth. You will have the same charge from day 1 until the end. - The salary is below what an engineer is really worth in the market. - Assignment of tasks that are not even your responsibility (Project manager task management,Level 1 support, they make you responsible for devs work).

      Develop apps for big companies Learn a lot from the streaming world Technical challenges that could bring a lot of knowledge

      Cons

      Micro-management. Zero planning - No Agile methodology. The schedule is excessive, you will have no time to enjoy your life. Most of the time you have no flexibility to do anything. No career path to follow.

      the pro's was the techie stuff, there was a big challenge, and a lot of things to learn 1) you will learn a lot of streaming and cdn 2) you will have some architecture challenges due to oversimplify and complex infra. 3) lots of complex and brand new projects and they are very insteresting 4) you will learn a lot but if you are newbie, and nothing new if you kind of senior

      1) Forget about your health 2) give up on your money (there is none) 3) did i mention bad salary and life balance? 4) Over micromanagement 5) there was any compensation plan ? i guess not 6) weekends free? there is a posibility?, a big NO is not enought
