Pros
The location is okay, not too far from anywhere. It's still close to the office or home, with plenty of transportation options and lots of cheap food. The office boy even provides an 'open PO' system to help order food. For female employees, there are menstrual leaves, half-day permissions, or unpaid leave. Very humane. The colleagues here are great, too, since the mindset is all about surviving together, so everyone supports each other.
Cons
TWO MONTHS NOTICE TO RESIGN?????? Absolutely unreasonable. Also, the penalty if we want to leave is really hard to understand. Better to find another place from the beginning.
