Pros

Frontline staff are great to work with.

Cons

Culture is awful! Sr. Leadership is inconsistent and just do not know what they are doing. Company does not know if it can meet payroll week to week. Poor communication and no vision. The top two executives are married and bring their personal issues to the office - very emotional! Overall company morale is horrible!

Although this review is over a year old, we wanted to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. No company wishes to be a frustration to their employees, yet it seems this was the case during your time here and that is regrettable. We have addressed culture, leadership, and payroll over the last several months and will continue to in the months to come. As with all feedback from this forum, we have been actively seeking to investigate, apply context, and make changes. We are excited about the changes that are complete and the ones we are working to make for all involved with Medical Home Team in the future.

Pros

Some of the people that work for this company are amazing individuals. Some of the people are truthful and honest.

Cons

Where should I begin! First of all, all of the positive reviews are from the big wigs, or they are asking certain ones to put a positive review up. Please don't believe them. This place is a house of cards, it's an illusion. Not only are they bullies and liars but they don't pay you. They are constantly threatening the employees that they will be fired for any and everything. They have missed payroll since May, one person was negative $1,000.00 in their bank account and they did not care, because of this payroll mess. They continue to hire people and can not pay the individuals that work there. The employees have developed medical illnesses there due to stress! Please run, don't believe the illusion.

Not at all a good choice

Pros

Flexibility of the timing. Can Be out in the nature, than in closed doors. Computer and a phone, company car to drive.

Cons

They dont even have money to pay the salary. Very poor management. Nobody to give the right answer. We felt like we cant solve the problem bcoz there is always break in the loop, and cant move forward. Their promises are too good to be true and they do lie at your face just to get you in. After that you dont heat anymore, and you are at the field all by yourself. No one to check you or ask you if you are doing ok or need any help or if we call the supervisors, they themselves dont know the answer and ask us to ask for another person. At the orientation, most of the teaching are dome by a medical assistant. She is the one telling the Nurse practitioners what to do. - she herself dont know a lot of the answers, how can we ask any questions to her? Every minute, you work with them, there will be fear of uncertainty, sleepless nights, worry about your bills and so on Poor mileage reimbursement. 40 cents per mile only Instead of 54 cents per mile, where most people give. You wait for the car for a minimum 3months. But on orientation, they tell you the car is waiting for us - 🙄

We thank you for taking the time to review MHT. We appreciate your comments and will address them respectfully. As explained, we do extensive research all new employees. We have also hired a Chief Clinical Officer to address the needs of our NPs. Our financial model changed with short notice and that led to payroll being late. We have never missed a payroll and do not have any reports of retaliation against anyone who complained about it. On the contrary, we set up an email address to address hardships and did our best to make sure that no one that requested assistance was unable to meet their obligations. Turnover is traditionally high in the healthcare industry as it relates to Nurse Practitioners. That does not mean we do not take turnover seriously and are working toward the goal of maintaining our NP staff. We believe our salaries, company car and benefits offer an attractive package that is very competitive
