Pros
A place to work if you enjoy focusing on just long and repetitive work. The team tried to be supportive when something during processing didn't add up. The CEO was lovely and inviting. You'd feel you have a lot of room to grow in the company as you start to learn more things. Easy work with working from home options.
Cons
Manager at the time wasn't very supportive or understanding and was hardly available. Although the work type was easy once you've created your own step by step guide (as that was your training) any time you reach out for support someone had a different cool processing strategy that sometimes led to misunderstandings and caused more time being spent on a ticket or work type for everyone involved. The trainer at the time was under a lot of stress and couldn't provide the support that was needed.
