The place doesn't pay well for a start, but that's not the bad part.
Given the nature of the place and the vulnerable people that walk through the doors on a daily basis you would they'd be running a tight ship but absolutely not. I can't speak for other departments but the facilities department which over see's, the reception area, document services and general maintenance of the building is one big hot mess. No one has a clue what they are doing, training is minimal if any at all.
