Pros

In the current work environment, nearly all employees are friendly, and the primary motivation for me to go to work is the positive atmosphere created by my colleagues

Cons

Firstly, it's well known among those working in this company that the management is poor and doesn't allocate resources effectively. Given the current state of the company, which can be described as resource-strapped with no new projects, the management claims to have an abundance of resources, referring to the numerous Business Analysts (BAs). However, in recent months, many BAs have left due to management issues, leaving the projects to be handled by developers and other BAs. Developers are also forced to take on BA roles, and some BAs are handling 4-5 projects alone, including support. The company has fewer developers because it has shifted resources to China, likely due to considering employees there more cost-effective than in Singapore. Therefore, in Singapore, there are few pure development roles, and even developers are considering leaving. The company frequently cites "no new projects" as a reason to exploit employee benefits. Recent changes include alterations to time off, OT claims, and transportation claims. While it's understood that major companies might not have OT or time-off claims, they usually provide compensatory benefits. Here, the benefits are minimal, and due to the absence of new projects, overall benefits are not good, and salaries are below market rates. Secondly, the company tends to retain people who make little contribution. Some individuals become part of the management, do nothing all day, and engage in activities like using their phones, playing games, or sleeping. They may even take credit for others' work. However, the company's management turns a blind eye to this, and those working here are well aware of it. Thirdly, experienced employees often feel comfortable, sometimes only responsible for one project. Less experienced employees, on the other hand, are burdened with many tasks, leading to a suffocating work environment. In the current situation, individuals are doing high-level work for the lowest salary. Fourthly, the company recently promised a second salary review for employees, which was quietly canceled, again using the reason that the company hasn't made a profit. Fifthly, the company lacks foresight. They repeatedly say "no profit" and "no new projects" as reasons to control expenses, even at the expense of employee benefits. The company doesn't consider strategies to secure more projects for increased profitability, opting instead to reduce expenses to sustain operations. They consistently bid for projects at the lowest market price, winning projects but reducing profits, and, consequently, employees working on those projects do not receive fair compensation. It seems the company is better at charity than business, bidding for projects at the lowest prices and often running at a loss because the time and effort invested are higher than the project's value. Anyone considering working here should think twice. Last but not least, there are a branch in Malaysia, not large in scale, primarily focused on support.

Pros

- can slack off when there is nothing to do - many farewell parties every month, can eat fried chicken etc

Cons

- lack of planning and professionalism from management, sometimes very busy but sometimes have nothing to do, inappropriate tasks - no hr, many "unspoken rules", pressure to accept unreasonable terms from management, benefits very basic (you work with hospitals everyday but guess what happens when you need to go to one), salary not credited on time - uses old technology (10+ years) - finds excuses to make everyone work in office even when required to work from home

Pros

- Able to get to do all kind of job role with penny pay - Easygoing boss and weird management that doesn't follow industry policy - Able to take leave during production deployment despite you are core person. (Take note, this is one of the best benefit I ever had) - Able to learn how to give false promise / fake promise. - Able to learn lost technology - Able to sleep and listen to people snore - Able to learn how to act busy while pushing all the task to junior (only applicable to two) - Able to experience fear of getting retrenchment due to no project coming in *Status , Year and Role is fake. Please judge other yourself by joining them

Cons

- I think this company overall is good, but they should really replace some people who are useless. - Many distraction due to juicy story coming from management - Many drama coming from management
