Concerning salary, we have a designated team working with line managers and executive leadership to regularly review our compensation and benefits to ensure we are competitive within our industry.

Also, we are extremely proud to provide employees with upward mobility and our flexible working environment. We are extremely excited about the growth we’re seeing and have plans in place to ensure our organization can keep up with the growth and continue to be successful, while still ensuring our employees enjoy the work environment we have created. We grew by nearly 25% last year and while there are lots of new faces, this does not necessarily represent turnover. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!
