      Pros

      Med Prep is an exceptionally poor place to spend a few months of your career. Do yourself a favor, pass on the interview.

      Cons

      Not sure where to start on this one. Exceptionally poor management, the worst I have encountered in my short career. Management consistently micromanages while navigating through severe personal issues within the office, which negates from the actual business of the company on a day to day basis. COO inhibits quailties that will make you question why you are on this earth to begin with.

      Thanks for the feedback although it seems pretty harsh for only being here a few months. The COO you mention is no longer with our company and our current employees are very active in the management of the company operations. They seem very happy and we have open honest discussions at our weekly company meetings on ways to improve ourselves. We feel our current direction has eliminated all of the concerns you raised in your review and we are excited about the improvements we have made for 2017.       Great job, fast paced, saving lives during sporting events. Small team, like a family.

      Cons

      Owner has some trust issues, although a good human, can be tough working for someone that doesn't trust its employees.
