I don't really think there are any pros.
Cons
Favoritism, no training, they don't give raises and there is absolutely no overtime. When your supposed to be " training" depending on which team your on your manager either works from home or is in the office and rude. They will let you make mistakes and not correct and then hold them against you. Nobody is nice or friendly.
