Cons
No company policies, no HR policies, from joining till relieving- several follow-ups for offer letter, joining letter, pay slips with HR & Owner(Rajiv Manglani) but zero response as they didn't listen anything. Very ill mannered, Messy office infrastructure, from last two years owner is learning to upgrade in autopilot can be done but he can't bcos no matter he hire any level of 13+ yrs of experienced person, he will say I don't want your opinion & keep your brain outside the office gate( so what is the meaning of experienced person just to humiliate infront of office staff). He used to discuss and implement the things according to DME. Your salary can be asked publically infront of whole office on zoom call. After request from me to RM, he gave me time in morning @8am To 10am on zoom for scheduling planning being an EA I said ok he used to show videos of motivation speakers or else will call to someone else will be on call with them 2 hrs, keeps me waiting. Endless cons, he treats everyone as Labour. One line for him,- "He earned money but not learned to earn respect". Bitter but truth.
