Pros
The CTO's were great to work for. Although they were superiors, they were very approachable and helped you succeed in anyway possible. The company has a lot of potential for growth in their field. The team is great to work with and very friendly. They truly are passionate about their business.
Cons
They are a small company at the moment, so getting a position might not be the easiest. Since they are a new company that is still developing the best business plan, sometimes there are some big changes that happen fast.
