      You get to compound different medications and dosage forms

      Completely unprofessional. They made a mistake in my hours and I haven't got the difference and it's almost a month now. They gave me two weeks of work and then they told me to stay home and they'll call me. They kept fooling around for two unpaid weeks and then told me that they are going to let me go. Two weeks without any work and not allowed to work for any other employer according to my contact because of the "trade secrets" they have. And nobody will give a clear answer about anything.

      Pros

      None. Maybe the free water coolers. It is honestly a complete disaster of a company. The people giving 5 stars to this company are most likely management.

      Cons

      The actual office is run down. There is only 1 bathroom for like 30 people. Unpaid breaks. Insane expectations. Management wants you to do at least 300 calls a day. The actual owner of the company itself is very nasty. He thinks just because you get a paycheck from him, he owns you. There is no room for growth in this company. The insurance that they provide is terrible. Very high deductible. Unpaid overtime. I honestly made a mistake working for these people. And I regret it.
