Pros
If you're just starting out, probably a good place to learn from the other seniors as they are very helpful and supportive. But what you give, you get back. Work life balance is okay, come on time leave on the dot as everyone does the same.
Cons
When I was there, senior management was unfair, prone to blame and often condescending to the staff. It is quite a toxic work environment at the end of the day, as everyone was unhappy working there due to poor and uncaring management. Nepotism is RAMPANT, and other staff could only keep quiet. It is truly one of those companies who only wants to make money but doesn't really care if they are doing things right. In the background, they don't even practice what they preach.
