I find business very attractive. the work profile is quite challenging. the entire team is quite young and vibrant. It is a fun to work.
Cons
The business environment is quite dynamic and changing quarter on quarter basis. It is almost impossible to devise any `long-term' strategy for the company as well as for the clients whom we are consulting.
