      Pros

      A lot of wonderful and friendly colleagues. Plenty of talented geniuses in CS/AI. The work is very interesting, including product, technical and projects. There is a good office environment.

      Cons

      The management had great imagination but lacked feasible planning. They rushed into an industry they had no idea about, invested a lot but were helpless to face each difficulties, so then were unable to steadily ran product iterations as planned. The technical route was swaying and unstable. The management eventually lost its persistence and control over its goals.
