Remote work, but no hmo, also need to have personal machine

-Work from home (California time) -Does promote independent working
Cons
-No work laptop provided, have to provide your own -No HMO/insurance -On-cam/On-call the whole shift -Few members per team - You have to do almost everything by yourself

Pros
Very friendly to new grad. Even though you may have little experience, they would willing to give you a chance. Coworkers are nice and helps each other a lot. And you will gain many practical experience here.
Cons
The workload is heavy for a part-timer.
