      - A sense of real contribution to society - You don't sit all day in the office - you get to go to interesting places - Working hours are reasonable

      Cons

      - low salary - The employee does not feel appreciated most of the time - A very hard work, especially physically - Terrible inner politics - It's hard to get promoted
