The company is extremely young and there are many inexperienced (zero experience) leaders in C-Suite roles like VP, leadership roles like Directors, Managers, and Human Resource Business Partners. There are no clear goals for upward mobility, zero company handbooks on policy— all things are “played by ear” and on a case-by-case basis, with some employees receiving more generous leaves and other benefits than others. PEOPLE DO NOT MATTER HERE and you will be micromanaged by the VP. There is a mass exodus impending.
There are GROSS salary disparities between the employees of color and and employees who are not of color. It’s shocking no one has engaged the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for this organization.
