Pros
Great location and for now, a great team. Decent employee discount, fantastic manager.
Cons
Wage stagnation - opened August 2021 at $16/hour for budtenders. 2023 and still hiring at $16 per hour. Ownership is their own worst enemy. Hard to believe they've run successful businesses for decades. Cheap, cheap, cheap. No hot water in the building. Rat hole for a break room. Staff told to look on Facebook marketplace to replace broken computer monitor used for the security camera system. Many many empty promises. Pay transparency and the idea staff would share this with each other really irks ownership. Employee retention is effectively non-existent.
