Rotten from the top down, the CEO is a nasty bully.

Pros

They con (and pay) some reputable artists into working with them. If you make it into the inner circle you'll get paid hush money to turn a blind eye to the CEO's bad behaviour.

Cons

The CEO is a nasty bully who thinks he can play with people's lives while he runs around the world hiring private jets and helicopters with investor money. No-one is safe from his sociopathic tendencies, even if you've been at the company for a long time you're at risk of being hazed out, bullied out or having your replacement hired in while you're still there. He micro-manages each department, to prevent promotions and advancement of staff he's taken a disliking to, no matter their loyalty or contribution to the company. He creates a 'state-of-survival' atmosphere where staff compete against each other to keep their roles and worm into his good books. There is no security, and therefore no trust amongst colleagues, or company culture. Someone will throw you under the bus eventually. You might make it if you’re a white male, like the majority of their production crew. If you’re a ‘hot female’ you might have the dubious honour of getting hit on at the Christmas party by the CEO. Their ‘Black Lives Matter’ sentiments are hypocritical, ask them to show you their employee demographics. Beware the vipers nest, avoid at all costs.

Pros

The people employed are all great creatives or amazing people in their own respects.

Cons

The working environment is not progressive. It is difficult to make any real head way with change as change or improvements are always pushed back by the top so you are at a constant battle.

Pros

Great opportunities to travel and get in the mix at live events. Good company benefits when they are given out.

Cons

CEO’s arrogance is quite astounding. Feels like he is driving the company into the ground, hires people from great backgrounds to help drive it forward, then when they give their educated opinions, which often he doesn’t like, senior management replaces them or pushes them out until they have to leave for mental health reasons from the treatment. Super clicky and not fair treatment of staff. When the company isn’t doing well as is, it’s frustrating seeing the senior management throw millions at poorly thought out partnerships and projects, with no ROI.
