Excellent Work Culture Working with the latest skills and a chance to learn and update our skillset Salary credited on the last working day of month Located in the center of the city with lot of transportation facilities Recognition for the work

Cons

I believe if a employee is paid well and ontime, if he has the learning curve and is appreciated for the work he does. There is nothing more required, but whatever you get on top of that is a bonus. I believe they need to improve on the benefits part and some other extra-curricular engagements.

After spending 13 years across different industries, I joined Melvault based on my past experience working with them in a different capacity. For someone who has had minimal exposure to the IT Product and Services space, I found this company to be a good place to - unlearn and learn new things - challenges you to be on top of your game (and I am sure that is not a bad thing) - working in a cohesive environment - the flattest working structure you can find in a company

Cons

There will be challenges always but this company takes feedback in in the right stride, and does takes corrective steps/actions necessary.

I'm a former employee. My work experience was awesome. The best part about this company is that the Boss is awesome. You'll get challenges there, you'll enjoy a lot there. Best part is its like a family. You'll never want to resign.
