Credit Union actions don't reflect the preached culture and vision. The organization used to take great pride in the support and caring of employees, members and the community. It seems now the focus is on money, sales and promotion for top level and senior managers. Video by CEO on website said the CU would never put its profits over people. Recommend revisiting content to remember the promises made to both the members and the employees. COVID19 issues are not disclosed to employees putting us and our families at risk. Sr Management publicizing care for employees but the actions of managers say the opposite. HR employees try to work with us to support and help but they can only do so much because they don't get the proper support from Chief HR and other Executives. Employees matter!! My coworkers and I are worried about the future of the credit union and our future as employees. You never get the same response from management. Just when you think you're doing good and working towards goals for your department the plans are changed again and you have to switch gears at the drop of a dime. We have changed what we do too many times, how are we supposed to keep up and excel. If you speak up you become a target for elimination. Someone needs to do something. (The stress is unreal) The reviews posted are not made up from disgruntled employees. It's just the opposite they're from employees that care about the credit union and its future. Employee's that want to be heard and not dismissed because they have an opinion or feedback. If you choose to work here you'll hear a speech about the wonderful culture and environment and then you'll begin to work in your area and soon learn the reality is far from what you were told. Proceed with caution unless you need a temporary gig for quick money and perhaps some basic experience before moving on to your future career
