Co-Owner/engineering manager is a good person, I believe, but is not a manager. Does not give direction well and does not explain the "why" something needs to be done a certain way. He is just at work to do work and gives zero $hhits about you or the life you have outside of work. Very hard to get a feeling if he cares or if you are just a cog in the system. Some can deal with a boss that is detached and that talks down too you, but I could not.
