Pros
Memiah/Happiful are a brilliant company to work for. I've worked for places that pretend to care about employees wellbeing and mental health and you can tell the difference between a company that truly cares - such as Happiful and one that doesn't. The senior managers, directors and HR team go above and beyond to look after everyone. There's great perks such as private health insurance, money towards counselling, regular staff socials - recently the company paid for everyone and their families to take a weekend away. The work is also extremely rewarding as you are helping the public connect with mental health support and help. The work life balance is brilliant with an early finish on Friday's and flexitime options.
Cons
One of the cons would be that you're treated so well you would never want to leave. Most employees stay for a long time. Because it's a smaller company (40-50 staff) some people do outgrow their roles over time. The company do make an effort to ensure that employees are challenged with training opportunities, promotion opportunities but there will always be some people who this won't suit.
