The management through and through. Really just three people - the head of the film department who has had a million opportunities to stand up to the awful policies put forth by senior management, the head of Video Editing who has made transphobic remarks and was promoted into his position due to his family relationship to another manager (no other employee has had such an opportunity, ever), the director of the US location who comes in only for a few hours each day and failed to gain new clients after ~5 years in the position, and the head of HR who regularly deflects questions and has said he both is/isn't 'HR.' Each of these men should not be in a position of any managerial capacity. Their solutions to problems at the company generally place all blame on employees and never once in their lack of leadership. They are completely clueless to how bad of a job they are doing. Personally, I am a hard working employee dedicating full time hours to this job that provides no benefits and had a starting wage of $11 per hour which is not even half of industry standard. These men running this company are only concerned with their own self interests. Do not work here if you want to be treated like a valuable human. The gaslighting here is through the roof. I have been relatively silent with my concerns with managment, but after observing their practices for a few years, and after working in a number of professional environments, these managers are no doubt, the most incompetent people I've ever worked under.
