      Lots to learn and management allows you to contribute ideas. Okay for beginners to start with.

      Cons

      Low salary package for commercial diving, No bonus for the past 5 years, low allowance as $10 per dive. They expect you to multi task, but no additional salary or incentives to give. They provide you with a wet suit and expect it to last for 5years.

      Purchasing Team is a very good team whereby everyone try to cover each other work when we are busy. And zero office politic.
