A glaring issue within Mend.io is the pervasive breakdown of communication between management and employees. This deficiency leads to frequent misunderstandings and, unfortunately, plays a pivotal role in the occurrence of unexpected terminations. The lack of clear and open communication channels leaves employees in the dark about their professional standing, intensifying the overall sense of insecurity within the organization. The lack of transparency in the company's firing practices contributes to an atmosphere of uncertainty, leaving employees unsure about the longevity of their positions. Opportunities for career progression within Mend.io seem to be restricted, with few avenues for promotion or substantial professional growth within the organization. Innovation is not up to par with competitors, they are always behind the market leaders.

Good pay, remote , culture

Cons

Marketing is and , sdr team is bad , leadership has no idea what they’re doing . They blame the North American team but never the Israel team. Won’t invest in marketing

Pros

Were able to work from home. Good Benefits.

Cons

Zero internal communication. Sales management does not value their employees. They are deceitful when it comes to salary increases and potential career growth opportunities (Both are essentially non-existent). Management also handcuffs you into being a robot and will only let you use "approved" sequences that perform terribly. They are also not open to changing their ways even after months of pleading. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody.
